Please note: Bank holiday may affect your delivery dates and there may be a delay in you receving your order. Please order in advance of time. 

UK Deliveries: 
Tracked 24- Royal Mail aim to deliver the parcel by the next working day. 
Tracked 48- Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days. 

International Delivery:

Royal Mail aims: 

• Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days (Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days) 
• Worldwide delivery aim: 6-10 working days
• Fully tracked to delivery point

• IMPORTANT:
• Some countries may place your parcel through a customs check- this may take your parcel a little longer to get to you. 
• If you are ordering from FRANCE- Due to Brexit, the France postal may ask for a custom fee for you to receive your parcel. Paisley Henna is not liable to pay for this custom fee. If you place an order and do not wish to pay the custom fee and return the parcel back to the UK then unfortunately Paisley Henna cannot refund your items.
